        Aeolus' Feast

On one occasion the mighty wind God Aeolus gave us a glimpse into his own celebration...

'A bright light appeared in the temple, moving from beyond the altar and wizzed past me. Then he appeared. Aeolus is extremely tall though not gigantic and has very strong face with a definite 'Roman' nose and large blue green eyes. His hair is long and white and stands from his head as if blowing in the wind. Although his hair is white he is not elderly, perhaps 40s ish. He has a little bit of a beard, white too. He was wearing a sleeveless gown, ankle length with much draping around the waist. It was a strange garment, I have not seen anything much like it. It was very pale blue like his eyes, but much paler.
Aeolus appears so strong, muscular without being over the top muscles, but gives the appearance of being full of strength. His voice is commanding and loud:

"I am around you both, listening to your words of welcome and of homage, and I thank you. I am pleased to leave the beginning of my celebrations."

He was laughing, very deep laughter. Then I was lifted up from the temple, up and up and moving so fast. I had no idea how far we travelled but then whoosh! I came down into a strange building. It was volcano-shaped made of grey/blue opaque glass and it had a hole in the apex, because that is where I fell through.
Inside the building there were festivities being held. It was quite bright and light in there, and there were Gods and Goddesses and monsters standing around and I saw a great seat which looked to be made of marble with five steps leading up to it. On the seat was a turquoise and gold cushion, a big beautiful soft-looking cushion.

There was noise and drinking and what I can only describe as buffet eating. As I came down through the hole in the roof there was a rush of wind and all their clothing and hair blew as if they were in a wind. Then Aeolus appeared and walked among them, nodding to some and then he went and sat on the marble seat. It had quite a high back, and before he took his place I could see it was veined marble, fauny pink veins in white marble, but no arms to the seat. He sat down, and a nymph appeared from the side carrying a very large golden goblet and she handed it to him. The goblet was nearly as big as her head. Still seated he raised the goblet to all those who were standing around. They too all lifted their goblets, and I noticed their goblets were not all the same, some were silver, some were different colours, as if made of glass. They all shouted 'Aeolus!'
Then I floated up and came back. I went up and up and up again, then suddenly I was back in the temple.
